Tacoma Denture Services

I know choosing dentures is a big decision, especially if you’re already tired of teeth that hurt, slip, or keep you from enjoying meals and photos. As a dentist who loves the artistic side of smile design, I take extra time to shape and shade your dentures so they look natural and feel like they truly belong to you.

Whether you need a reline of your current denture, a brand-new full or partial denture, a bridge or Maryland bridge, or an implant-supported denture that I restore in partnership with a trusted oral surgeon, we’ll walk through every option together in plain language.

I also carefully evaluate and treat the supporting bone (including alveoplasty and bone grafting when appropriate) so your new smile has a healthy, comfortable foundation.

My promise is simple: I’ll treat you like family, move at your pace, and never pressure you into treatment that doesn’t feel right for you.

Full Dentures

When you’re ready for a fresh start, I design full dentures that look natural and feel comfortable, not bulky or fake. We’ll talk through the shape, shade, and overall look so your new smile still feels like you. My goal is that you can eat, laugh, and take photos again without worrying about your teeth.

Partial Dentures

If you’re missing just a few teeth, I can create a partial denture that clips in comfortably around your natural teeth. We’ll match the color and shape so it blends in, instead of shouting “this is fake.” I always walk you through the pros and cons of partials versus bridges or implants so you can choose what fits your life and budget.

Bridges & Maryland Bridges

When you’re missing one or a few teeth in a row, I may recommend a traditional bridge or a more conservative Maryland bridge. These options use your neighboring teeth for support, giving you a fixed, non-removable solution. I’ll help you compare bridges, implants, and partials so you understand what’s best for your mouth long-term.

Immediate Dentures After Extractions

If you need teeth removed, I can often create an immediate denture so you don’t have to go without a smile while you heal. We plan the shape and look before your extraction visit, so you leave that day with teeth in place. As your gums heal, we’ll adjust and reline the denture so it continues to fit well.

Implant-Supported Dentures (Team Approach)

For patients who want more stability, I partner with trusted local oral surgeons to place implants, and then I design the implant-supported denture on top. I handle the artistic details shaping, shading, and bite while your surgeon focuses on the surgical side. I also help you get into some of the best private practice oral surgeons in the region.

Together, we build a smile that feels more secure and confident when you talk and chew

Denture Relines & Comfort Fixes

If your current denture rubs, slips, or just doesn’t feel right, I can reline it to fit your gums more snugly. Over time, your mouth changes shape, and your denture should adapt with it. We’ll focus on getting you out of pain and back to eating comfortably again.

Alveoplasty & Bone Grafting for Dentures

Sometimes the bone under your gums needs gentle reshaping or building up to help a denture fit comfortably. I review your X-rays and 3D images, then plan alveoplasty or bone grafting when it’s truly needed. This extra step can mean fewer sore spots and a more stable, long-lasting denture.

Second Opinions for Dentures & Smile Plans

If you’ve been told you “just need dentures” or feel rushed into a big treatment plan, I’m happy to provide a thoughtful second opinion. We’ll slow things down, review your options in plain language, and look at photos and models together. My promise is that I’ll treat you with honesty and kindness, the same way I’d want a doctor to treat my own family

"I’m Dr. Jacquie—an engineer, neurobiologist, and dentist who believes your smile should never feel rushed, judged, or “sold to.” I’m obsessed with really getting to know my patients, understanding their fears, and explaining options in plain language so you feel in control of your care. My approach is conservative and holistic: we look for gentle, thoughtful solutions first, and only move to bigger treatment when it truly makes sense for your health, comfort, and budget. As a women-owned, family-owned practice, I treat every person in my chair like I would my own family—every tooth and every smile is worth the extra time."
